To add insult to injury, some of BSF’s technical support (maybe outsourced?) is quite snarky, dismissive and under equipped to actually assist class members. Also nine times out of 10 you can not close the iOS keyboard making it impossible to navigate your next step. The questions audio player at the top of the screen takes up an obnoxious amount of space and you cannot close it. There is tremendous lag and syncing problems that have caused my and my wife’s answers to lessons to be erased multiple times. With that said this year’s new app is one of the worst apps I’ve ever used. Hands-down the best Bible study I’ve ever been involved with. Been in BSF for many years including leadership roles. ![]()
